FARMER GOV BAGO ATTENDS PROGRESSIVE GOVERNORS FORUM MEETING IN ABUJA.

Niger State governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago joined his counterparts under the auspices of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) for a strategic meeting held at the Imo State Lodge, Abuja.

The meeting was chaired by the chairman of the forum, who is also the governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma.

The meeting deliberated on key issues of concern, including measures to ensure seamless primary elections of the party scheduled for next month.

The forum resolved to adhere to the directive of the national leader of the party, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to achieve free and fair primaries in their respective states.

Members of the forum also agreed to consolidate on achievements recorded, advance national development, and improve governance for the overall well-being of the citizenry according to a statement by Bologi Ibrahim,Chief Press Secretary
