IEYDA CONGRATULATES MALLAM A. U. MUSTAPHA, SAN, ON APPOINTMENT AS NFF ACTING PRESIDENT

Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA), under the auspices of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Ilorin, has congratulated Mallam AbdulHakeem Uthman Mustapha, SAN, on his appointment as the Acting President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

In a statement jointly signed by the National President of IEYDA, Alhaji Mohammed Uthman Jagunmo, and the National Director of Publicity, Alhaji Abdullahi Abdulfatahi Oloyin, described the appointment as a significant recognition of the competence, integrity, experience and leadership capacity of an illustrious son of Ilorin Emirate.

IEYDA noted that the elevation of Mallam A. U. Mustapha, SAN, to the leadership of Nigeria’s football governing body is not only a source of immense pride to Ilorin Emirate but also an evidence to the growing recognition of the intellectual capacity and professional excellence of its people.

The Association expressed confidence that his wealth of experience, sound judgment and commitment to excellence will contribute meaningfully to the advancement, stability and development of Nigerian football during his tenure.

The Association further commended the Nigeria Football Federation for finding him worthy of the responsibility and prayed that Allah grants him wisdom, strength and the requisite guidance to discharge the responsibilities of the office successfully.

“We are confident that he will justify the confidence reposed in him and bring his wealth of experience, professionalism and distinguished leadership to bear on Nigerian football. May Allah grant him wisdom, sound health and success as he assumes this important responsibility, and may his tenure usher in greater progress and renewed glory for Nigerian football.”

IEYDA reaffirmed its commitment to celebrating and supporting the achievements of distinguished sons and daughters of Ilorin Emirate who continue to contribute to national development in their respective fields.
