Popular Quranic Reciter, Alfa Qoseem Ubadawaki (Alfa Bricklayer), Passes on in Ibadan
The Saki community has been thrown into mourning following the passing of one of its own, Alfa Qoseem Ubadawaki, popularly known as Alfa Bricklayer.
According to reports from his brother, who lived with him in Ibadan, Alfa Qoseem went to bed on the night of March 13, 2025, but sadly did not wake up.
Alfa Qoseem gained widespread recognition nearly two years ago when his soulful Quranic recitation went viral on social media, particularly on the platform of Alhaji Baseet Aponle Anobi Al-Katibi on July 24, 2023. His melodious voice touched the hearts of many, making him a beloved figure among Quranic reciters.
His burial arrangements are underway, with plans to lay him to rest at his residence in Ibadan.
May Allah grant him eternal rest and forgive his shortcomings 🤲.
