Governor Bago Debunks Rift With Deputy.
Niger State Farmer Governor Umaru Mohammed Bago has denied the rumour of strained relationship with his deputy, Alhaji Yakubu Garba
He made the statement while speaking to newsmen on Thursday during the celebration of Workers’ Day in Minna
Farmer Governor Bago said ” I have always said that is a rumour. Rumours are Rumours. Our relationship is very perfect and harmonious.We are a team; they can’t break us. Our focus is on the goal and we would achieve it. A new Niger is possible”.
He was reacting amid the ongoing rumour that his deputy was about to resign due to the rift between them.
This has laid to rest the unfounded information spreading like a wild fire recently that Farmer Governor Bago and his deputy are not relating well.
