Senator Mustapha mourns Dr Hadi Mashood’s death
The Turaki of Ilorin and Senator representing Kwara Central in the National Assembly, Mallam Saliu Mustapha, has expressed grief over the passing of Dr. Hadi Mashood, a respected senior lecturer at the Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin and a dedicated member of the Ilorin Eid Committee.
In a condolence statement issued on Sunday through his media aide, Nasif Sholagberu, Senator Mustapha described the news of Dr. Mashood’s death as both shocking and devastating.
Senator Mustapha therefore sympathized with the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, the entire Ilorin community, the Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union (IEDPU), the Eid Committee, and particularly the immediate family of the deceased.
He prayed to Allah to grant him al-janat fridaus, and urged his family and loved ones to find strength in the noble legacy he left behind.
