Bayero University Kano Alumni Association, Ilorin Emirate Chapter Seeks Justice For Hafsoh Lawal.

Bayero University Kano Alumni Association, Ilorin Emirate Chapter has condemned the gruesome killing of a 24 year old Hafsoh Yetunde Lawal by one Abdulrahman Muhammed Ballo.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Association’s Publicity Secretary, Ahmad Fulani on behalf of the Association.

As a body to which the father of the deceased is an Assistant Secretary, we condemn the gruesome killing in its entirety, because, it is alien to our culture and religion as a people.

Ilorin Emirate is known as the Centre of Islamic knowledge and scholarship, hence, anything that threatens its peace and value must be discouraged.

The ALUMNI Association has however joined many well meaning Nigerians and civil society organizations in condemning the dastard act of killing innocent soul while asking for Justice for the victim.

We pray to Allah to forgive Hafsoh, grant her aljannah Firdaus and give her family the fortitude to bear the loss
