
BUKAA greets Emir @85.
The Bayero University Kano Alumni Association BUKAA Ilorin Emirate Chapter felicitates the Emir of Ilorin, Dr Ibrahim Sulu Gambari on his 85th birthday that was marked Tuesday April 22.
In a statement issued by the Publicity Secretary of the association, Ahmad Fulani, on behalf of the president Alhaji Abdulganiyu Ayoku and the secretary, Olalekan Abdulkadir, the association rejoices with our Royal father whose reign has witnessed tremendous transformation for Ilorin Emirate and its environs.
BUKAA Ilorin Emirate Chapter recognizes the fatherly roles the Emir has been playing since he became the Emir three decades ago, which has brought significant impacts on the lives of all Ilorin indigenes.
The association commends His Royal Highness, the Chairman of the Kwara State Council of Traditional Rulers, for his unwavering commitment to nation-building, demonstrated by his consistent advocacy for unity, peace, and progress.
The association prays Allah to grant the highly revered Emir lomg life, sound health and wisdom to continue to captain the ship to a successful destination.
It also prays that God Almighty will grant the Emir renewed strength to enjoy many more peaceful and impactful years on the throne.
