FARMER GOVERNOR UMARU BAGO COMMISERATES WITH THE ETSU NUPE AND THE BIDA EMIRATE OVER THE DEATH OF WIFE OF THE 10TH ETSU NUPE, HAJIYA HAUWAWU USMAN SARKI.
Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has condoled with the Etsu Nupe and Chairman Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Alh. Yahaya Abubakar, over the demise of Hajiya Hauwawu Kullu Usman Sarki, wife of the 10th Etsu Nupe, late Alh. Usman Sarki.
In a condolence message on Sunday through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim , the farmer Governor who also sympathises with the family of the late Alh. Usman Sarki, says the death is a huge loss not only to the Bida Emirate but the entire State.
He recalled how the deceased made numerous effort to ensure that the cultural values of the Nupe traditions were upheld, particularly by the women.
The farmer Governor described late Hajiya Hauwawu Kullu who is also the mother of the Sarkin Arewa Nupe, Alh. Ismail Usman Sarki, as a woman of passion, honour, dignity, whose absence will greatly be felt.
He prayed that Allah would forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and grant her Al-Jannah Firdausi as well as comfort the Estu Nupe, the family of the deceased and the entire people of Bida Emirate.
