Na’Allah Congratulates Emir of Ilorin at 85
The Former Vice Chancellor University of Abuja, Professor AbdulRasheed Na’Allah has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, Dr Ibrahim-Sulu Gambari on his 85th birthday anniversary.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Prof. NaAllah extolled the impactful leadership and the exceptional hamanitarian quality exhibited by the Emir since his ascension on the throne as the 11th Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, Kwara State Traditional Council.
He extolled the Emir as a symbol of unity and Islamic civilization.
As the custodian of Ilorin Culture and tradition, Na’Allah explained that the Emir has been a figure of institutional and cultural progression in the Emirate.
He said: ‘Under the reign of the Emir, Ilorin has witnessed monumental achievements and relative peaceful coexistence even in the face of the security challenges bedeviling the Nation’
He further stated that through his various impactful cultural programmes, he has been able to close ranks and bring together sons and daughters of Ilorin, home and abroad in a manner that ensure friendly collaborations thereby enhacing unity and cultural cohesion.
He therefore rejoiced with Emir and prayed that Allah in His infinite mercy, grant him sound health and longevity.
