Professor Wale Sulaiman Felicitates with Emir of Ilorin on 85th Birthday Anniversary
Professor Wale Sulaiman, CON, Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila Orangun, and President of RNZ Foundation, has extended his felicitations to His Royal Majesty, Mai Martaba Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, CFR, the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, on the grand occasion of his 85th Birthday Anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Professor Sulaiman described the Emir of Ilorin as a quintessential leader and reformer who has played a pivotal role in fostering unity in Kwara State. He commended the Emir’s sage leadership, astute diplomacy, and conflict resolution skills, which have transformed Ilorin into a thriving economic hub.
Professor Sulaiman noted that the Emir’s reign has been marked by significant development and economic prosperity in the Ilorin Metropolis. He also praised the Emir’s commitment to preserving the unique Emirate Culture and Tradition, which has put Ilorin’s heritage on the global map.
