Balogun Fulani’s Family Holds Fidau Prayer for Late Hajiya Memunat Abdulkadir

The Fidau for the late Hajiya Memunat Abdulkadir Fulani has been held at her family compound in Balogun Fulani with a charge on all to increase in the worship of Allah and be of good character.
The Imam of Balogun Fulani mosque, Sheikh Daud Agboola Balogun who delivered a short but thought provoking sermon extolled the virtues of piousness and love for family members adding that the late Alhaja Memunat Abdulkadir Fulani lived a life worthy of emulation.
He charged the children and relatives of the deceased to immortalise their mother by continuing to unite all family members as exemplified by their late mother.
The Fidau for the repose of the soul of the deceased was led by the Imam of Dembo family’s mosque, Sheikh Usman Dembo supported by other islamic scholars.
Various verses from the Qur’an were recited to ask for forgiveness of sins for the deceased.
Children, family members and sympathizers who attended the Fidau described late Alhaja Memunat Abdulkadir Fulani as humility personified whose vacuum will be hard to fill.
Late Alhaja Memunat Abdulkadir Fulani died at the age of 89.
She is survived by children, grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
