**** DECLARES 3 DAYS MOURNING FOR VICTIMS THAT DIED UNDER NSCDC CUSTODY

The Niger State government has cancelled the APC political rally slated for this Saturday in Minna, the State capital.
Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago in a statement through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim says, the cancellation of the event follows the unfortunate incident where 37 people lost their lives under the custody of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Niger State Command.
The governor commiserates with the families of those who lost their lives and declares a three day mourning period in their honour.
